School featured activity in the afternoon – Fit Friday

Fit Friday is a newly introduced school-based afternoon activity this year, scheduled on a weekly basis. Focused on "diversity and continuity," it offers a range of activities, including cardiorespiratory endurance, core and strength training, flexibility and coordination, rhythmic movement, and manipulative skills. This variety allows students to choose activities that align with their interests and abilities.
Students receive individual activity record booklets, and those who accumulate a specified number of participations can earn rewards, which helps to enhance their motivation. The school is dedicated to fostering regular exercise habits, integrating healthy diet and well-being education to collectively cultivate an active and healthy lifestyle!
