Co-organised by the Parent Teacher Association (hereinafter mentioned as the PTA) and the school, the Savoring Hand-brewed Coffee Parents’ Activity, which was the first programme of the Me Time activities in this academic year. Parents focused on learning the basics of coffee and then wholeheartedly engaged in attempting to brew their own coffee. During the process, they savoured the hand-brewed coffee while using their five senses, fully enjoying the moment. Many parents expressed that the activity helped them relax and improved their relationship with themselves.
