Notes to Transfer Student Admission

• A) Application Period: 9 March to 15 May 2026
• B) Recruitment: Primary 2 to Primary 5 students in the academic year 2026-2027
• C) Qualification:
1. All 7 to 12-year-old children
2. be a Hong Kong resident
• D) Submission:
  1. Transfer Student Admission Application Form (One photo attached)
  2. Copies of the two most recent transcripts (Applicants should obtain B or above in the conduct per term)
  3. Copy of Identification documents:
     1. Born in Hong Kong: Birth Certificate
     2. Born in Mainland China: Medical Certificate of Birth, Exit-entry Permit For Travelling to and From Hong Kong or Macao, Official Documents with valid Date of Birth or other documents
     3. Born overseas: Local Birth Certificate, Passport or Residence Permit
  4. Copy of HKID of parent or guardian
     The copies of the above documents will be archived by the school.
  5. Other relevant assessment results or evaluation reports can be submitted with the application form on a voluntary basis
• E) Assessment Date and Time: All shortlisted applicants will be informed by email on or before 15 April 2026.
• F) Applicants with merit performance will receive notification for the second-round interview.
