“Me Time Series – Joyful Cooking Class with Chef” Parent’s Activity

Our 2nd Board of PTA Executive Committee organized the "Me Time Series – Joyful Cooking Class with Chef" Parent’s Activity. The 5-star hotel chef who is also a parent of our student’s, taught other parents how to make 'Avocado Triples'. The participated parents enjoyed the event, saying it taught them about different ways to eat avocados. During the cooking process, they felt relaxed. They could not only enjoy but also focus on the moment, which increased their positive emotions.
