Co-organised by the Parent Teacher Association (hereinafter mentioned as the PTA) and the school, the Healing Aroma Stone Parents’ Activity, which was held on 30 November was the second programme of the Me Time activities in the 2023-2024 academic year. The activity was kicked off with a mindfulness activity, followed by a D.I.Y Aroma Stone workshop. The event was wrapped up with a sip of tea to help the parents relax further by using five senses to focus at the here and now moment. Most of the parents remarked the event a resounding success as they really enjoyed the time by setting aside their worries and burden.
