School-based Discovery Learning & Global Citizenship Course Exhibition Concludes Successfully
Our school successfully held the School-based Discovery Learning & Global Citizenship Curriculum Exhibition on 26 June 2026. This event featured tiered displays of learning outcomes from all grade levels. Students of Primary One to Five showcased their takeaways from study tours and different modules of the Global Citizenship curriculum, while Primary Six graduates shared reflections from their independent global citizenship research projects, fully demonstrating their year-long inquiry journeys and global perspectives.
The exhibition welcomed an array of distinguished guests, including the Director-General of UNICEF, principals of numerous secondary schools in Sha Tin District, fellow educators, professionals from various sectors, Primary Six graduates and their parents. Guests visited the exhibition booths to interact and communicate with students, listened carefully to their presentations, and offered high recognition as well as valuable suggestions.
During the event, Headteacher Leung and Deputy Headteacher Wong shared in depth with fellow educators the development process, core philosophies and practical experience of our school-based Global Citizenship curriculum. These professional dialogues enabled mutual inspiration and experience exchange, providing sustained impetus for our school to continuously refine curricula, advance educational innovation and equip students to confront future challenges.
All students delivered confident and remarkable performances, openly presenting what they had learned. Addressing a wide range of complex global issues, Primary Six students clearly elaborated their research results and unique insights, fully demonstrating critical thinking skills, an investigative spirit and outstanding global citizenship literacy — perfectly aligning with our school’s vision of nurturing tomorrow’s leaders.
Our school will keep advancing global citizenship education to broaden students’ international horizons and foster their sense of social responsibility. We sincerely wish this cohort of graduates to stay true to their aspirations and keep pursuing knowledge and exploration. May they soar high during their secondary school years with a bright future ahead, and go on to contribute to the community, the nation and the entire world.
