The 12th of February marked our highly successful and significant ‘4Rs Mental Health Day’!
Students were fully engaging in a variety of de-stressing activities—from mindfulness practice to school-designed card games—the campus atmosphere was simultaneously tranquil and invigorated.
Through this, our students learned vital self-care skills, finding time to ‘recharge’ their spirits by the power of the 4Rs: Rest, Relax, Relationship, and Resilience. This capacity for self-regulation is a crucial life skill.
