Our school's P.6 students participated in the " The Guangzhou Urban Development and Nature Exploration Trip for P.6 Students" organised by the Education Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and hosted by the Hong Kong Youth Education Exchange Centre. The students travelled to Guangzhou by high-speed train, and their first stop was Jiashuo Farm, where they had a hands-on experience of organic farming and tasted the organic crops, thus enhancing their awareness of environmental conservation.
On that day, the students also visited the Guangzhou Urban Planning Exhibition Centre, which utilized diverse exhibition methods and incorporated the latest technology to comprehensively showcase the past, present, and future of Guangzhou's urban development. This visit broadened the students' horizons and expanded their knowledge.
