Date: 11 June 2024(Tuesday) and 13 June 2024(Thursday)

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 n.n, 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

Venue: G/F Conference Room

 

Regarding registration, parents are required to register their child with the school allocated from 11 June 2024(Tuesday) to 13 June 2024(Thursday) during school hours. Details are as follows:

 

Please bring along

1. Primary One Registration Form
2. The original and photocopy of your child’s Hong Kong Birth Certificate
3. Original and copy of the proof of identification documents:
   1. Born in China: One-way permit, Birth Certificate or other proof documents
   2. Born overseas: Birth Certificate, Passport or Proof of Residence
4. Copy of identity document of applicant’s both parents /guardian
5. Copy of proof of Residence (water or electric bill)
6. One passport-size recent photographs of the child
7. Copy of the Central Allocation Application Form
