From 15 August to 16 August 2023, members from the school sports team participated in the sports and adventure leadership training at the Po Leung Kuk Jockey Club Tai Tong Holiday Camp. The members could get to know different students from other teams and build up the school team concept. During the 2-day-1-night camping, students designed teams’ flags, slogans and played different indoor adventure activities so as to build up teamwork spirit. In the night walk activity, students acted as a team and their leadership was cultivated. In the morning run, student’s perseverance was enhanced. In the activity of the Roman cannon, they learned to solve problems in the team. With the end of the sports camp, it was also the beginning of the upcoming trainings and competitions. Our athletes are ready to meet new challenges in the coming year!
