On 24 January, our school held our 5th annual sports day at Ma On Shan Sports Ground. In addition to various track and field events, the day included activities for Primary 1 and 2, a parent-child relay race, class relay races, and friendly school relays, creating a lively atmosphere. The event featured Ms. Poon Wai-yan, captain of the Hong Kong Women's Rugby Team, as the guest speaker for the closing ceremony. She shared her experiences in sports and encouraged students while presenting awards. We hope all students can engage in at least 60 minutes of moderate or vigorous physical activity daily to establish an active and healthy lifestyle and maintain their physical and mental well-being.
