Co-organised by the Parent Teacher Association (hereinafter mentioned as the PTA) and the school, the Leisurely Countryside Outing held on 27 October was the first programme of the Me Time activities in the 2023-2024 academic year. Parents temporarily set aside their worries and walked together towards Fo Dau Ping near the school. This allowed them to exercise and strengthen their bodies in nature, while utilizing their senses to focus on the present moment and take care of their spiritual needs in the enjoyment. The parents also enjoyed a sip of cold brew coffee and cold tea prepared by the school social worker, Ms Ip and indulged themselves to the nature. In addition, parents felt excited and joyful as they looked at the school building from the top of the hill.
