Part A.  Application Notes

Application fee：  Free

Application Period： 1 June (Wed) to 7 June (Tue) 2022

Time：Mon - Fri ：8:30am to 12:00nn ; 2:00pm to 4:00pm 

           Sat： 8:30am to 12:00nn

(Late application is NOT accepted. )

Venue： 1/F General Office

Please bring the following documents when you submit your application

1. Primary One Wait-listed Places Application Form (Available in school website or collect at General office)

2. One recent photo of the applicant, attached to the Application Form

3. Original and one hard copy of student’s Identification documents

4. One copy of Central Allocation Application Form

5. Student Portfolio: recommendation letter, kindergarten school reports, learning report, certificates, prizes or student’s work, and daily life photos. It should not exceed 10 pages. (Parents can also hand in a video that’s up to 3 minutes in replacement of the portfolio. Video content can include self-introduction, storytelling or any kind of performances, please save the video into a USB or CD and write down student’s name.)

 

Part B.  Selection Methods

In light of the outbreak of COVID-19, the school strives to practice social distancing and will take the following measures in the selection rounds:

First round:

Format: Screening based on Portfolios and choices of school at the central allocation stage. Successful candidates will enter the second-round interview.

Successful candidates to the second round interview will be informed via phone from school before 16 June 2022.

 

Second Round:

Format: Interview with the headteacher might either be in person or conducted via video chat. (Individual interview, Reading aloud English stories, Interview with parents)

Date: 17 June 2021 (Fri) to 21 June 2021 (Tue)

Successful candidates will be admitted.

 

Part C.  Selection Criteria

1. Portfolio and individual interview performances.

2. Choices of school at the Central Allocation Stage.

3. The educational believes of the parents and parental support for the child.

4. Collaboration with our school and the school governing body, Tung Wah Group of Hospitals.
